Also this picture is what I use to justify bringing my cyberpunk stuff into the D&D world I am playing in too.

Here is a small back story I wrote for this:

During the dark ages, Witches & Warlocks and Nerds & Geeks alike were relentlessly persecuted and murdered as heretics by the Church. They were kidnapped, tortured, and killed for their knowledge of the scientific truths.

Until one day a powerful warrior arrived to save them all. He gathered them all up and took them to a secure, and undisclosed location. This area is a place that no one wants to spend too much time. Surrounded by a large river and lake, this was the ideal location for setting up a secret society.

The years rolled by and nothing has changed in the mainlands. But the inhabitants of the secret civilization had changed quite a bit. As their collective knowledge grew with time, they created a world no one has ever imagined. The people here have called this place the Witch Metropolis and it has become the home of all geeks and nerds in the kingdom.

The Hackers and their society have established their data havens and infrastructure in this place. But the danger of discovery has plagued this region and frustrated with the constant attacks by crusaders, they established highly sophisticated security and defense systems around the Witch Metropolis with the help of alien races. Even though the mainland continues to do so, no crusaders have ever come back alive.

The forests are patrolled by hundreds of roving Sentry Drones with stealth capabilities that can attack invaders.
Surveillance drones numbering in the thousands continually monitor every inch of the outskirts.
Underwater Sentry and Surveillance Drones called Aqua Drones patrol the waters for underwater attacks.
A series of invisible energy force fields encompass both the outskirts and the kingdom cities blocking all projectile based attacks.

Laser barriers can activated at anytime to block all access to various sectors in the region.
The moment they had the ability to, hundreds of satellites for various purposes were launched into space. Some of them continually monitor all activity on the planet in real time. Others allow them to communicate with each other in a secure and anonymous environment.
So many other classified defense systems protect this place too.

They use the satellites to connect to a large intergalactic digital network called the Outernet. From there they can share their knowledge with the universe and the universe can share theirs too. The Witch Metropolis has become the most advanced civilization on the entire planet. No other civilization has even made it close to the Witch Metropolis in terms of technology and general living standards. NONE! In a place where the free exchange of speech and information is law, the human race has ascended far beyond what was thought possible.

But the only problem is that the rest of humanity is too hard headed to accept these wonders. Everything they thought was never possible can be theirs too. All they have to do is accept them and they will be enlightened beyond their wildest dreams!

Oh my god this is amazing! how long did this take you to make? and i'm also trying to make stuff that looks this real but its not going well...could you give me some advice on what to do?

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.....I TURNED ALL THE LIGHTS OUT AND I WAS JUST SUCKED INTO THIS PICTURE ALMOST.....I COULD BE RIGHT THERE...TOP WORK!!
